Terms and Conditions ("Agreement")
Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) before using our website, Webixio. This Agreement outlines the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the website operated by Webixio, a Digital Agency specializing in website design and development + other digital services.
By accessing or using the website in any manner, including browsing or visiting the website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement applies to all users, visitors and any other individuals accessing or using the website.
1. Intellectual Property
The website, along with all its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Webixio and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You agree NOT to modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works based on, or exploit any content on the website without prior written permission from Webixio.
2. Services
a. Webixio offers digital design and website development services to clients. The specific terms and conditions for any services provided by Webixio will be outlined in a separate Agreement or Contract.
b. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website, we do NOT guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. The content on the website is for general informational purposes only and should NOT be solely relied upon for decision-making.
For the subscription plans only (‘Compact Solutions’):
- Payments related to the monthly subscription will be processed on the 1st of each month.
- The Client’s desired domain name for his website is subject to availability. Webixio will propose alternative domain names with similar relevance in case the preferred choice is unavailable.
- Website creation timeframe: The initial creation of the website is estimated to take an average of 15 days for the delivery of core functionalities. Within the first 48 hours, after the validation of the business requirements by both the Client AND Webixio, only the first “structure” of the website (based on the Client’s specifications) will be provided for swift review and feedbacks.
- Request Delivery: Every Client request, including changes and enhancements, will be delivered within an average timeframe of 48 hours after validation by the Client AND Webixio. Please note that some more complex requests may take longer. Webixio will process one request at a time.
- Pages creation: If the Client doesn’t opt for the PRO plans, Webixio will be able to add/create a maximum of 5 new pages per month. And for the creation, 20 pages will be allowed in the beginning.
- Products creation (E-Commerce): If the Client doesn’t opt for the PRO plans, Webixio will be able to add/create a maximum of 5 new products to the website per month. And for the creation, 20 pages will be allowed in the beginning.
- Webixio will NOT be responsible for providing design proposals or mockups, such as those created on platforms like Figma…Webixio will NOT act as an UX/UI designer or agency.
- SEO: Webixio will only provide basic SEO optimization services to enhance the online visibility of the Client’s website. .
- Webixio will NOT manage customer support (emails, inquiries…) or after-sales services for the Client’s website.
- PSP: Webixio will only integrate the payment processors chosen by the Client (e.g., Stripe, PayPal…) into the checkout process. Webixio is NOT responsible for managing issues related to payment service providers.

Refund Policy: The Client is eligible for a refund on the website creation (initial payment) only if an official refund request is made via email ([email protected]) within 48 hours of the purchase. After this deadline, the Client acknowledges and agrees that, regardless of the chosen payment plan (including installment payments), that NO refunds will be issued for the purchased services.
The Client has the right to cancel his subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect from the following month. In the event of cancellation, the domain name associated with the website will NOT be renewed upon expiration AND the Client will have 48 hours to request a copy/transfer of the website created.
The Client also has the option to suspend his subscription for a maximum period of 3 months. If the subscription is paused, there is a risk that the domain name may NOT be renewed. Webixio cannot be held responsible.
If the Client cancels the subscription, the Client will have 2 days to request a copy/transfer of the website created.
3. User Accounts
a. Some features of the website may require you to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to take responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
b. To create an account and use our services, you must be at least 16 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract.
4. Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Webixio. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Webixio shall NOT be liable for any damages or losses, directly or indirectly, caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available through any third-party websites or services.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Webixio or its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or the services provided by Webixio, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Webixio is NOT responsible for the client’s use of the website created for him. The client is required to comply with commercial laws and ethical standards in their use of the website. Webixio will solely act as the creator and manager of the client’s website, handling both content and technical aspects.
Webixio will NOT be responsible for any issues that the client may encounter with their customers and/or suppliers and/or other third parties. The client acknowledges that the management of relationships with clients and suppliers is beyond the scope of Webixio’s services.

6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Webixio and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from or relating to your use or misuse of the website, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
7. Affiliates – Terms of Use
By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to follow the guidelines outlined on our affiliate page. This includes ethical promotion, responsible use of marketing materials, adherence to commission and payment terms, respect for privacy, and compliance with our policies. Non-compliance may result in account termination. We reserve the right to modify these terms. Your participation indicates acceptance of these conditions.
Changes to this Agreement
Webixio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. By continuing to access or use the website after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do NOT agree to the new terms, please discontinue using the website.
