For the limits: It depends on your plan. If you don’t opt for the PRO plan, you’ll have details of the limits per category listed before the checkout. (In the ‘Services Agreement’ that will have to be signed.)

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. But in the event of cancellation, the domain name associated with the website will not be renewed upon expiration and you have 2 days to request a copy/transfer of the website created.
You also have the option to suspend your subscription for a maximum period of 3 months. (FYI, if the subscription is paused, there is a risk that the domain name may not be renewed. Webixio cannot be held responsible.)

This ‘Services Agreement’ (“Agreement”) is entered into between the party signing below, hereinafter referred to as the “Client,” and webixio.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider” or “Webixio.” The Client’s information will be incorporated into the Agreement upon the completion of the electronic signature process.
1. Website Creation Timeframe:
The initial creation of the website is estimated to take an average of 15 days for the delivery of core functionalities. Within the first 48 hours, after the validation of the business requirements by both the Client and Webixio, the first “structure” of the website (based on the Client’s specifications) will be provided for swift review and feedbacks.
2. Payment and Subscription:
Payments related to the monthly subscription will be processed on the 1st of each month.
3. Requests Delivery:
Every Client request, including changes and enhancements, will be delivered within an average timeframe of 48 hours after validation by the Client AND Webixio. Please note that some more complex requests may take longer.
Requests must first be made via the dedicated form, which will be shared with the Client after the website has been created. Webixio will process one request at a time (except for urgent/blocking topics).
4. Domain Name:
The Client’s desired domain name for his website is subject to availability. Webixio will propose alternative domain names with similar relevance in case the preferred choice is unavailable.
5. Content Creation:
If the Client wishes to add more pages/products than included in his plan, he can purchase an additional “pack”.

Design Proposals and Mockups:
Webixio will NOT be responsible for providing design proposals or mockups, such as those created on platforms like Figma…Within the scope of this plan (fixed price), Webixio will NOT act as an UX/UI designer or agency. However, Webixio will be able to implement and integrate designs provided by the Client. Webixio will have the capability to implement the design preferences described by the Client, considering examples and references provided by the Client.
7. Technical Modifications:
▪ Unlimited bug corrections/fixes
▪ Unlimited modifications to Code Snippets, Tracking/Analytics elements and Pixels are allowed
▪SEO: For this plan, Webixio will only provide basic SEO optimization services to enhance the online visibility of the Client’s website. This will include fundamental adjustments to the website to favor its ranking on search engines. However, please note that these services do NOT encompass advanced aspects such as in-depth keyword research, detailed SEO strategy or other complex elements…More advanced SEO services can be discussed separately and may be subject to additional charges.
Webixio will select a solution/CMS based on the specific needs and business requirements of the Client. However, it is essential to note that once the choice is made and the development process begins, changing or modifying the solution/TechStack is NOT included in the plans. Any request for a change in CMS/Framework will be subject to a separate discussion and may incur additional charges.
8. Data Deletion Request:
If the Client desires to delete all his data, including website content, client information, products and orders, he must send an email to [email protected].
9. Client’s Responsibility:
Webixio is NOT responsible for the Client’s use of the website created for him. The Client is required to comply with commercial laws and ethical standards in the use of his website. Webixio will solely act as the creator and manager of the Client’s website, handling both content and technical aspects.
10. Support and After-Sales:
Webixio will not manage customer support (emails, inquiries…) or after-sales services for the Client’s website.
11. Legal and Financial Protections:
▪ Limitation of Liability: Webixio’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the services. The Client understands and agrees that Webixio is NOT liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
▪ Indemnification: The Client agrees to hold Webixio harmless from any claims, costs, damages or losses arising out of the Client’s use of the website.
▪ Financial Arrangements: Any additional services beyond the scope of this agreement may be subject to additional charges, to be agreed by both parties.
12. Payment Processor Integration:
Webixio will only integrate the payment processors chosen by the Client (e.g., Stripe, PayPal…) into the checkout process. Webixio is NOT responsible for managing issues related to payment service providers. Webixio will only be able to advise the Client.
13. Relationship with Clients and Suppliers:
Webixio will not be responsible for any issues that the Client may encounter with his customers and/or suppliers and/or other third parties. The client acknowledges that the management of relationships with clients and suppliers is beyond the scope of Webixio’s services.
14. Refund Policy – Cancellation/Suspension of Subscription/Service:
The Client is eligible for a refund on the website creation (initial payment) only if an official refund request is made via email ([email protected]) within 48 hours of the purchase. After this deadline, the Client acknowledges and agrees that, regardless of the chosen payment plan (including installment payments), that NO refunds will be issued for the purchased services.
The Client has the right to cancel his subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect from the following month. In the event of cancellation, the domain name associated with the website will NOT be renewed upon expiration AND the Client will have 48 hours to request a copy/transfer of the website created.
The Client also has the option to suspend his subscription for a maximum period of 3 months. If the subscription is paused, there is a risk that the domain name may not be renewed. Webixio cannot be held responsible.
Client’s Acceptance
I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms of this Agreement. By signing below, I agree to adhere to the specified limitations and understand the service level commitments outlined by Webixio.
